Starting as a receptionist for Kut Above, 30years ago, Michelle has dedicated her time and career to become a stylist, cosmetologist, and even owner of a company that serves only the best for her clients. She has owned Kut Above for over 20 years.

Jessica has over 20 years experience as a cosmetologist. She has worked all over the U.S. sharing her style and techniques, while learning new ones. She is known as a color expert among her clients.
