We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our skin and hair. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provide that 1/2 of the original amount of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product or refund money of purchased price. Custom Blended Foundation, hair brushes, nail polishes, eye shadows, and flat irons are non-refundable.
We offer a punch card to all clients. New clients will receive them in their new client package. Every visit please bring your punch card to receive one punch otherwise a new card will be issued. We will not punch card for previous visits. After your punch card is filled it is worth $6 toward any product. Full cards may be combined for greater savings.

We offer a free consultation on any of our services. Appointments must be made for consultations. Time allotted is 10 minutes, if you feel more time is needed please specify when making appointment.
Confirms appointment by email 4 days in advance. Allows you to book appointments as far in advanced as you would like. (Example: You may book your appointment every 6 weeks for the next 3 years!) Also allows us to look up previous visits on the services that you received, the operator that preformed your service, and products purchased.
